Sura 94: Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh) ( سورة الشرح )
بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
١:أَلَم نَشرَح لَكَ صَدرَكَ
[94:1] Did we not cool your temper?
٢:وَوَضَعنا عَنكَ وِزرَكَ
[94:2] And we unloaded your load (of sins).
٣:الَّذى أَنقَضَ ظَهرَكَ
[94:3] One that burdened your back.
٤:وَرَفَعنا لَكَ ذِكرَكَ
[94:4] We exalted you to an honorable position.
٥:فَإِنَّ مَعَ العُسرِ يُسرًا
[94:5] With pain there is gain.
٦:إِنَّ مَعَ العُسرِ يُسرًا
[94:6] Indeed, with pain there is gain.
٧:فَإِذا فَرَغتَ فَانصَب
[94:7] Whenever possible you shall strive.
٨:وَإِلىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارغَب
[94:8] Seeking only your Lord.
